no updates

Sorry for the no updates. I have been stuck in the house with a sick little boy. He has kept almost nothing down for almost a week and I am going to make a Dr.'s appointment ASAP.

But really all I have to say is, " I AM SICK OF LAUNDRY AND SCRUBBING CARPETS! KEVIN GET BETTER SOON!" Okay that is all. I will get through this probably just in time for Anya to get it!

I think we may be homeowners, again

We have been looking for a house for a few months. Ed decided he is going to stay active duty in the military. We were thinking about getting out but the economy plummeted and it makes us a little nervous. Plus in his career field right now they are offering and pretty sweet bonus. So we are staying here and have made and offer on a house. The offer was accepted and now we just need to get it inspected and close. I am so excited. It is the first and only house we looked at. I know a little crazy, but for some reason none of the other houses we had to look at would let us in. All the lock boxes were broken. Maybe it was divine intervention?! When Ed first showed me this house I looked at the pictures online and said NO WAY!! It is super ugly. I walked inside and fell in love instantly. This is a house I could grow old in. I probably won't though. So after we close I will put up pictures and you can see my ugly from the outside, perfect house.

No pictures

I forgot my camera for Christmas. I have no pictures.

We went to CT for Christmas. It was really crazy and hectic and we were all sick, but it was fun and worth it. All my sisters, their husbands/boyfriend, and child were there. I have realized that Mom's house is big when it is only her and us, but when everyone is there that house is TINY! It was a lot of fun and craziness.

I learned that my kids are super spoiled by all their Grandparents and cousins. We had a totally full car and Santa even came to our house this year not Grandma's! Poor Annie was crammed around toys in the trunk for the ride home.

While there I also got to visit some friends from where I used to work in CT. It was so good to see them, it didn't feel like 5 years had gone by. I am excited for the next time. I am hoping even more of us can get together. We had lots of fun, but am so glad to be home!
